Office provider London Executive Offices (LEO) have taken on two floors of the Michelin House development in Chelsea.
London Executive Offices is a provider of luxury and serviced office space, as well as virtual offices and meeting rooms.
This addition will be 28,000 square feet of internal office space to London Executive Offices’ portfolio.
Located on Fulham Road, Michelin House was first commissioned by the Michelin Tyre Company in 1909.
LEO stated that the lease of Michelin House is a large part of the company’s overall growth strategy to develop its portfolio within the central London area.
Highly regarded as one of the most distinctive pieces of architecture in central London, Michelin House’s Art Deco look has been refurbished to maintain its original features.
LEO’s director of acquisitions and business development, Conal O’Hara, stated: “We are delighted to have struck a deal to occupy the first and second floors of such a distinguished building in this exciting and vibrant area of London.”
O’Hara added, “We are proud to present the capital’s most exclusive serviced office portfolio.”
Lawson & Partners acted on behalf of Michelin House’s current landlords, and LEO chose to represent themselves.
