According to a leading property website, work on London’s number 1 Kingsway has almost finished.
The prominent landmark will house a new restaurant, residential apartments as well as 105,000 sq ft of new sustainable London office space.
The project is only a handful of new developments which are planned for the West End of London. The area is hoping to attract other mixed-use schemes which incorporate new residential apartments with office space.
The Kingsway property will have a residential section on the top two floors and a New European-style brasserie. The restaurant will be a sister restaurant to the iconic Wolseley restaurant in Piccadilly, covering 13,000 sq foot on the ground level.
The scheme is due to be completed late autumn this year. The residential apartments will enjoy magnificent views across London towards Canary Wharf to the east and the London eye and the Houses of Parliament to the west.
