A new report has indicated that the London commercial property market is on the mend with the West End at the centre of the financial changes.
The research conducted by an investment organisation in the city stated that financial investment for offices in London’s West End rose by 115 per cent compared to 2009.
Compared to the financial figures of other properties within the city, the West End came out booming.
The research also showed that most of the financial investment came from investors overseas indicating that the country is still experiencing the back-lash of the recent financial downturn.
Reports releases yesterday however suggested that the London commercial property market is on the mend and that there was a surge of investments in 2010 compared to 2009, indicating that on the whole the market is on the road to recovery.
