Investment banking practice, Simmons & Company International Limited, have secured new London office space.
The 2,753 sq. ft. of space at 6 Arlington Street, SW1 has been acquired at a rate of £62.50 per sq. ft. on a ten year lease according to a popular property magazine.
The current property in St James’s has approximately 16,000 ft. of prime office space spread across four floors and is home to the Government of Bermuda, the Government of the Cayman Islands and Holland Park Galleries.
