News in today from a leading London property company is that New York-based Capital Management have snapped up prime London office space in Mayfair.
The company will lease 7,600 sq ft of space in the heart of Mayfair at 23 Savile Row.
They are reported to be paying in the region of £97.50 per sq ft for the space with the remaining 100,000 sq ft set to be marketing for over £100 per sq ft by two office rental companies in the City.
Office space in the West End is currently ranking as the most expensive in the world and is a popular choice with US based financial services with another hedge fund organisation setting up home nearby at 40 Burton Street.
The space at 23 Savile Row is one of the most sought after areas in London and has won awards which include West End Development of the year at the Office Development Awards in 2009.
