Two new tenants have been confirmed for the Walkie Talkie London office building according to Canary Wharf Group and Land Securities.
Deals with insurance company CNA and UK law firm DWF have been struck which will see the firms occupy 35,000 sq ft and 43,000 sq ft of London office space at the 38-storey skyscraper at 20 Fenchurch Street respectively.
Rumoured news of the lettings emerged earlier this year, with the joint developers now officially confirming the deals with construction work on the first batch of London office space completed in March and the rest completed in April.
Canary Wharf Group head of leasing, Richard Archer, said: “We look forward to welcoming CNA Europe, Hardy and law firm DWF to 20 Fenchurch Street and are pleased that the building continues to attract a range of businesses looking for exceptional space in the City.”
Land Securities head of leasing, Kaela Fenn-Smith, added: “CNA and DWF’s decision to take space is another success story for 20 Fenchurch Street.

The first tenants are expected to move into the London office later this month.
