New office space for Zendesk

Online tools company, Zendesk, have seen significant growth in the past few years, and will be expanding its London office space further as a result.

The company is looking for a large office to accommodate 70 to 100 people, up from 50.

In 2011, Zendesk opened its London office and the company’s marketing director, Nick Peart, has spent the last three years in the Paddington based office. The move came after large growth throughout Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Peart stated: “I think the real advantage is that Britain has one of the biggest economies and business market spaces in the whole region,” adding, “It just makes sense that you base your people close to your customers. That’s the primary reason that we are where we are.”

Peart is hoping that this expansion into a larger office will be a place, “to meet and mingle and share ideas” amongst other industry specialists.

The new Zendesk office is conveniently located for the Heathrow Express as well as Silicon Roundabout and Canary Wharf.

Zendesk’s marketing director added, “Our whole economy is becoming a service-based economy. So London is a cracking place to come to start, to test. And if you get it right, the country will enable you to be successful.”
