A new state-of-the-art environmentally designed office scheme has been given the green light in Hammersmith according to the building sector.
Permission has been granted to create 25,000 square foot of London office space in Hammersmith called the Hammersmith Grove project.
The development will be near to Hammersmith and City line Tube station and will consist of eight and ten story high offices.
Building Design Online director David Lawrence said: “The scheme has a very strong design diagram and we are looking forward to delivering the buildings and public realm, which represents a significant step forward in the regeneration of the centre of Hammersmith.”
Working with London authorities the company follow a sustainable building policy and have offices in Hong Kong and Prague and aims to design the offices to emit 20 per cent less carbon dioxide than other offices in London.
