DeVono Cresa was initially appointed over a year ago for a short term office space search. Our client needed the space immediately due to their rapid expansion. They moved into short term serviced space and re-engaged DeVono Cresa shortly after their TV App product went live and there was an immediate need for a bigger office.

The location was important to them as it would be a direct reflection of the company and their brand. Soho, Noho & Covent Garden were the considered locations.
The dedicated DeVono Cresa Surveyor researched and viewed over 35 buildings over 4 months.
We initially negotiated on two buildings in the WC2 and W1 postcodes but sensible market terms could not be reached.
However an internal DeVono Cresa meeting highlighted a very viable off market possibility in prime Covent Garden, WC2 which an existing DeVono Cresa client was exiting from. The existing lease at this property, of close to 6,000 square feet, allowed our client to expand into the space and take over a fantastic interior designed office.
The transaction levels were agreed in a short period of time on an assignment basis and all parties were extremely satisfied by the outcome.
