Office occupiers save £2.4m in April and May by using DeVono Cresa

Seven clients who have been advised by DeVono Cresa in the last two months have saved a total of £2.39m in occupational costs. 

One of our clients, a recruitment company, benefitted from £1.1 million of these savings at a building in The City, EC3. They took just over 9,000 sq ft on a 10 year lease. 

DeVono Cresa only ever work on behalf of commercial occupiers and therefore only ever act in the interest of the tenant. We have unrivalled market knowledge which helps us negotiate and secure the lowest levels of occupational costs possible. The savings are calculated from reducing all areas of the commercial property lease including rent, rates and service charge. Savings are also made by measuring and correcting overstated floor sizes.

To date in 2014, we have saved our clients in excess of £8 million on occupational costs.
