A deal worth in the region of £15.9 million has been struck for the sale of London office space.

Private family trust, Arbel Holdings Limited has agreed a deal to purchase the property located at 95 Aldwych, London WC2 from Grantland Limited.

Falling under the recently re-branded district of Midtown, the building is located in an area that is gaining in popularity with businesses seeking office space.

Comprising 30,394 sq ft of office and retail space – of a grade A standard – the building is also positioned close to Covent Garden; the building’s upper floors have also undergone a recent refurbishment.

Generating a potential income of £1,039,734 per year (providing £35.47 per sq ft when broken down), the Aldwych property is currently let out to a number of companies – including Randstad CPE Limited, Peachey & Co LLP and Holmen Paper Limited, with the ground floor retail section and part of the lower office section let out to the Post Office.
