Portable office Bluetooth devices are an important part of business and further developments should be expected in the future.
That is the opinion of Jack S Churchill, director of Scanning Pens Ltd who has said that the market for the product is still growing.
“Bluetooth works very well – they [portable products] are something you can put in your laptop bag or briefcase,” he said.
“I don’t think there are any compatibility problems at all at the moment, but it depends on what happens with new products.”
Mobile Internet Devices are expected to grow hugely in the next five years, with ABI Research predicting a growth of 167 per cent over the next five years.
Many offices in London are tuning into the idea of being able to use “always-on” web browsing and are seeing the benefits of being able to share files faster.
Wireless devices are seen as the way forward by many, as they take up less space and avoid some health and safety issues.
