Prestige to be gained in having a London office, expert says


Having a link to the capital in the form of a London office is said to be one of the best investments that an ambitious business could look to make according to an expert.

Matthew Jaffa, senior development manager for The Federation of Small Businesses London, stated that there was a huge level of prestige attached to having a location in the city.

He explained, that a huge number of firms were looking for ‘something that gives that postcode status in London,’ and that by having that information displayed on their business card was so desirable ‘because it carries that weight.’

The glamour associated with England’s capital, is something that Mr Jaffa notes will go a great way in impressing current and potential clients alike.

Such is the demand for London office space; the expert added that some firms were willing to accept a PO Box as a substitute for not having a property in the city.

This revelation follows the recent release of research by the Fully Furnished Group; the study found that a number of foreign companies were looking to expand their business presence with an office in London.
