One of the world’s top business schools has completed a deal to let a newly refurbished London office building.
Hult International Business School will occupy the building, located on John Street, Midtown, for 15 years having agreed terms with GMS Estates Ltd.
Comprised of 22,500 sq ft of office space, the John Street building has undergone a considerable aesthetic overhaul.
As well as being completed to adhere to green standards, the building’s refurbishment has also seen the creation of a terrace area, garden and atrium.
The building overlooks Gray’s Inn Gardens at the centre of the culturally rich Bloomsbury.
In light of the refurbishment, the property has gained significant plaudits, resulting in it being nominated for a 3R Award.
Operating on a global basis – with five campuses in a variety of locations – Hult International Business School is highly regarded and has been ranked as one of the top 100 business schools by the Financial Times.
