Sailthru, a New York City-based company which provides personalised marketing communications technology, has revealed it’s opened offices in London.
The decision to open the offices was made to allow the firm to oversee its operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) following considerable growth.
The company was founded in 2008 by Neil Capel, Ian White and Chris Chapman, and its Smart Data solution allows businesses to tailor communications – such as targeted emails, SMS texts, and recommendations displayed through apps and on websites – and enhance results.
Commenting on the opening of the new London office, Sailthru founder and chief executive officer, Mr Capel, stated: “As marketers today compete for customer attention, it’s critical that businesses be able to apply strategic personalisation to increase the relevancy of their brand and, as a direct result, conversion. With our new office in London we’ll be able to do just that for EMEA.”
Dave Govan, executive vice president of worldwide sales at Sailthru, added: “From our existing client base in the region, Sailthru has gained a solid understanding of the unique requirements of doing business in Europe.
“We recognise and are fully compliant with EU privacy standards such as the Safe Harbor Framework and the EU e-Privacy Directive,” he stated.
