After an initial search in the West End of London in locations such as Soho and Fitzrovia, the Covent Garden, WC2 area was chosen as the preferred location.
After a prolonged marketing period, the landlord at a Monmouth Street, WC2 property decided to reduce their quoting rental levels. This made the property, measuring close to 4,000 square feet, a very desirable option for our client. The property was also attractive due to the short nature of the lease term.
After analysing the costs with the client, it was agreed that this was the perfect option for them.
Heads of Terms for the accommodation were agreed between all parties in a relatively short period of time with DeVono Cresa driving the occupational costs even lower than the new reduced levels.
DeVono Cresa’s Project Management Team were also instructed to advise on practical elements in relation to protocol of the licence for alterations and the design and construction of the new offices.Share:
