Snippet by DeVono Cresa on the London Retail and Leisure market

North of Oxford Street, Philip Sandzer, head of our Retail and Leisure Team, would hope that at some point the Cleveland Street area around the Post Office Tower and the traditional ‘rag trade’ area has some development and an improvement in the retail offer.

The redevelopment of the former Middlesex Hospital site on Mortimer Street should hopefully be the catalyst for investment and development in this part of Fitzrovia.

Then of course comes Euston and Kings Cross. There is still massive potential in the area and he is excited about what is currently happening and watching the derelict landscape finally being transformed. Let’s hope this becomes a thriving area for new businesses, residents, students and tourists.
