Integrated Marketing Agency Southpaw are due to open their first London Office. The move comes in response to growing client demand for branded content services, with the new office dedicated to overseeing and maintaining such demand.
Located on Great Tichfield Street in the West End, the office will employ content strategists, producers and directors to deal with their client’s expanding needs. Southpaw’s current client list includes Honda, PZ Cussons and SABMiller.
Southpaw Managing Director Tom Poynter stated “Over the past twelve months, we’ve seen increasing demand for high end content as well as reactive work that addresses the ‘here and now’ of a campaign. TV commercials and 3D virtual reality experiences to social media content and brand films, the lines have become blurred across these disciplines and we are poised to creatively react and deliver.”
Workload has already been assigned to the new office, with a film for PZ Cussons set to be the first project for the new office.
Though currently headquartered in Tunbridge Wells in Kent, Poynter, along with accompanying creative directors, will form the management team at the new office. Day to day operations will be managed by Matt Fretwell and Amos Usiskin, director and executive producer respectively.
