Sugar office sale could be sweet deal

Lord Sugar, fresh from hiring a new Apprentice through his successful BBC series, is now looking to sell London offices belonging to his firm Amsprop.

The entrepreneur is hoping to get around £5.1 million for the building on Arlington Street.

The building features office space and a luxury apartment for the owner-occupier.

The Grade I listed building, known as the Gatehouse, has four floors and 3,725 square feet of space.

The St James’s building is being sold by Beauchamp Estates, according to Property Week.

The Beauchamp agent selling the property, David Silver, told the magazine that the building would be ideal as a “corporate headquarters or chairman’s office.”
