The First Ever “Occupier Real Estate Forum”

When London businesses were directly asked what they considered to be the biggest issues facing their companies in the coming years, real estate was the most frequently mentioned.

When Cresa UK delved into the specific issues, it became clear that there were mulOccupier Real Estate Forumtiple concerns relating to  Commercial Property, which were linked to the following:
• Business Rates
• Rent Reviews
• Change of use
• Conflict of Interests

Over the last 12 months we have been working very closely with our partners, West End Tenants.org and the FSB, as three organisations providing a voice for businesses, and finding a workable solution to protect the life blood of companies operating in Central London.

As a result of Cresa UK only ever advising commercial occupiers, it was imperative that these issues were not ignored and were in fact elevated to a forum of discussion and then a platform of change.

Therefore, the first ever Occupier Real Estate Forum will be taking place in the coming months at the Langham Hotel, Regent Street, London, W1.Langham internal

If you are an owner or leader of a company based in London that occupies office, retail or restaurant premises, this is your chance to address the current and long term  risks to your business.
