TV and video advertising firm, The Gate Films has set up a new London office in plans to develop its digital content offering.
The Manchester based firm’s new office space is in Fitzrovia on Whitfield Street.
This is a prime location for The Gate Films which has established relationships with a number of clients in the UK capital including Topman and London Live.
The Whitfield Street office will be headed up by producer Lydia Esler who will be joined by two other members of the current team. Proposals are in place to double the team in London next year.
The Gate Films CEO, Simon Lewis, said the TV and video advertising firm had built its London presence over the past twenty years, working with major advertising agencies and clients including L’Oreal.
Lewis added: “Investing in a permanent location in the capital will provide a solid platform for our on-going expansion. By bolstering our presence, we’re able to bring our slick, cost-effective and film-style approach to advertising content to London, and get even closer to the brands we work with.
“The new office will play a key role in our plans for growth over the next year, and ensuring the development of our already-innovative offering.”
Founded in 1997, the firm currently employs a team of 42, across its current Edinburgh and Manchester offices.
