The London office space located at The Peak is 80 per cent occupied, with Reed Executive and The Gatsby Foundation becoming the building’s newest tenants.
Reed Executive has taken up 8,817 sq ft on the first floor of the property. The Gatsby Foundation, meanwhile,Â has taken up 10,816 sq ft on the third floor.
G4S, Global Infrastructure Partners and Wates are amongst the current office tenants at The Peak, whilst Halifax and HSBC occupy the building’s retail units – located on the ground floor.
The Peak is jointly owned by Heron International, the Co-operative Insurance Society and AXA Real Estate Investment Managers.
Managing director at Heron International, Peter Ferrari, commented on the deal to bring in the new tenants.
He said: “We are very pleased to welcome two further high-class occupiers to The Peak, further endorsing this building’s quality of design and finish, as well as its prime location directly opposite Victoria Station, one of London’s most important commuter hubs.
“The building is now around 80 per cent let, with just two remaining floors, both of which are seeing strong interest,” Mr Ferrari concluded.
