The Shard have announced their latest tenant’s as Recruiters Robert Half, who have signed to let 20,200 sq. ft of London office space on the 10th floor of the building. The cost is yet to be disclosed.
Since it’s opening in 2012, office space has been let at a gradual pace, and currently houses 20 businesses from 10 different industries between floor2 2-28. However, there are still 10 floors within this space that remain vacant.
Robert Half Recruitment are set to move in on by October this year, and will be joining the Al Jazeera Media Network, Duff & Phelps, Mathys & Squire, Tiffany & Co and Warwick Business School, among others.
Other firms that are also set to move in include io oil & gas consulting, HCA International, Gallup and The Office Group.
Shard’s developer and co-owner, Robert Hall, said that Robert Half’s arrival will “further our vision of creating Europe’s first vertical city – a building with multiple uses and businesses where people can live, work and visit”
The 72-story building that reaches a height of 310m is also home to 3 restaurants, the Shangri-La hotel, 13 floors of residential apartments and viewing platforms at the top 4 floors.
