Leon Buckley has been appointed as Tilney Bestinvest’s new director as the company continue to develop its financial planning services in its London office. Tilney Bestinvest specialises in investment management and financial planning services.
Buckley will now report to Tilney Bestinvest’s managing director, Tim Stalkartt, who works from the Mayfair office. Buckley previously worked for FF&P Wealth Planning where he advised partners of legal practices as well as entrepreneurs, and accountants, specialising in dealing with the financial planning service for high net worth clients.
Tilney Bestinvest’s managing director, Stalkartt, stated, “Our business is predicted on building and developing deep, long term relationships with our clients to help them meet their goals and we are committed to recruiting top-quality financial planners in order to meet this objective.”

The company has also employed Mark Coles, formerly Cofunds’ head of business partnerships. He has been appointed as director of financial intermediaries. Tilney Bestinvest has also taken on Martin King, formerly managing director at Signia Wealth – he will now be working for their investment management team.
