Events agency Top Banana has revealed that it will open office space in London.
Situated in Waterloo, the new office will house two new account teams, and has been opened to accommodate the company’s clients based in the capital.
As part of the move, Top Banana is looking to expand its team.
Top Banana has seen a significant amount of success during the past year (2013). It’s reported a projected turnover with profit of £5.8 million for next March (2014). The agency has been used by a number of large companies during the past year, including Barclaycard, Primark and Bacardi.
Managing director at Top Banana, Nick Terry, spoke about the move, as well as the environmental benefits it would yield.
He said: “The new office will allow us to respond more quickly to our London clients, decrease our mileage and improve our carbon footprint.”
Mr Terry then went on to talk about the company’s plans for new recruits, adding: “To reflect the senior level we often work at, we are looking for staff who understand business strategy and the dynamics of communication. Among the staff we are seeking will be an account director with responsibility for running the office.”
The new London office will open in January next year.
