Leeds based firm, Town Centre Securities has announced the opening of its new London office in the West End.
The London office situated in Duke Street was acquired by Town Centre Securities for £3.1m. This office represents the first regional office for the firm based outside of Leeds. Town Centre Securities have moved into the top floor of the office, occupying 3,892 sq ft of retail and office space.
Duke Street will be used as a base by the firm to expand its car park subsidiary, CitiPark. The firm hopes to grow its current number of branches across the UK in the next five years, focusing primarily on growth in the South of England.
There is currently 11 CitiPark branches across the UK, offering over 5,000 spaces. In the last six months, Town Centre Securities has purchased two car parks in Greater London – Clipstone Street and Clements Road.
In 2014, the CitiPark business underwent a re-brand and re-launch.
Chairman and CEO, Edward Ziff said the new London office is a significant landmark for the firm.
He said: “Our new London presence will enable us to manage CitiPark’s growth whilst also providing us with the bandwidth to make selective opportunistic investments in the London market.”
