DeVono Cresa were brought in at a relatively advanced stage of direct negotiations between our client, their existing landlord and a third party that they rented additional space from.
Our remit in this instance was to quickly understand the landscape and detail of the negotiations that had gone before, as well as the sensitive nature of the transaction as a whole.
Thereafter we were tasked with advising on the best approach to securing the most advantageous terms possible, before assuming the role of lead negotiator and agreeing the various sets of Heads of Terms required.
Close to 20,000 square feet was successfully acquired.
