This Marketing and Events Agency was expanding rapidly, so larger premises were required.
As is the case with many clients, they wished to remain within close vicinity to their existing office in Fitzrovia/Noho, London, W1. The office search was therefore focussed around this area while also incorporating Marylebone, W1.
Marylebone and Fitzrovia are well served by transport links which added to our clients desire for staying in the area.
They are an international brand and therefore wanted new premises that would reflect their growing reputation. They also wanted a funky and fun space that their team would enjoy working within.
DeVono Cresa took this brief and filtered out the many irrelevant buildings that didn’t meet their needs. The shortlist was quickly settled upon thereafter, with one building standing out from the rest. The building, located on Great Titchfield Street, W1, measured over 5,500 sq ft.
It is a unique ground and lower ground floor office with its own entrance which gives the premises an exclusive and distinctive feel.
Negotiations took place over the course of a couple of weeks and a satisfactory financial level and occupier friendly lease terms were agreed between DeVono Cresa and the landlords agent, giving our client the flexibility they needed if the business continued to expand in the coming years.
Through the negotiations DeVono Cresa saved our client over £125,000 over the course of their lease.
