Ventia is launching a new set of serviced offices in London’s South Kensington to take advantage of high demand in an area with comparatively little competition. The business centre, which is on Old Brompton Road, will be finished later this month.
This is the most recent – and exclusive – location for the company’s serviced offices. London and the Thames valley are home to half-a-dozen Ventia developments, including two in Mayfair. The newest addition is in Glen House, above a Ferrari dealership.
The company claim that serviced offices can be 30 percent cheaper than conventional office space due to the degree of shared space. This has been an attractive point for companies struggling during the recession, and the serviced office sector saw a take-up of space as economic conditions worsened from the end of 2007. The flexibility in terms of short-term leases was also an attractive option for many companies with uncertain balance sheets.Share:
