Independent voice application firm Voxware has relocated its business to a London office it has confirmed.
The firm, the largest independent company of its kind, has made the shift from Reading to London in order to better serve its customer base.
The new office is located close to Paddington Station and will allow the firm to continue to expand its business.
Voxware delivers cloud-based voice solutions for a number of different sectors and industries, all of which can use the product to help boost productivity within warehouses without necessarily having to install a full IT infrastructure.
The firm hopes the move will also help the firm improve its customer support network as demands for its product continue to increase.
Voxware president and CEO, Keith Phillips, said: “Cloud-based voice provides companies with greater capabilities to address the changing needs of the supply chain and we will continue to look for the best ways to serve both our customers and our partners.
“We have always taken great pride in not only the product but the service that we provide to our customers. We are their ally in a tremendously competitive marketplace and our new location gives our customers in the UK greater flexibility, accessibility, and convenience so that we may provide the service that they expect.”
