Managed Floors
A hybrid solution between serviced and traditional office leasing – they offer a blank canvas, allowing tenants to inject their brand identity and fully personalise the space, and are delivered by the operator/Landlord. So, for businesses that require their own individually designed and branded workspace, but don’t have the resources, time, skillset or budget – a self-contained, managed floor could be the ideal solution. They provide a low risk, cost effective attractive solution for larger teams occupying whole floors. The monthly managed office all-inclusive fee includes all the property costs as well as many of the operational, with the initial fit-out expense often amortised over the term.
