Appointed two years in advance of their existing lease expiry, Kearney needed a new global HQ to relocate to that best represented their brand and their people, both of which are fundamental to their business prowess. After extensive initial building searches spanning all central London submarkets, we identified, negotiated and ultimately acquired on Kearney’s behalf, a pre-let lease over a floor undergoing extensive refurbishment at the historic Adelphi Building.
