London’s best themed serviced office spaces – continued…

Today there is so much more on offer from flexible workspaces than just exposed brickwork. In 2016 we highlighted three of our top themed offices in the capital – here we have added more exciting spaces to dazzle your clients and set you apart from the competition.

Themed serviced offices stick in the mind for all the right reasons – and here’s our pick of London’s best…

“Foodie Heaven”… on Shoreditch High Street.

The lowdown:

The onsite restaurant and lounge that comes with this carefully restored 1950s building on Shoreditch High Street led to it being dubbed “Best Workspace for Foodies” by the Evening Standard.

Ideally suited to micro businesses (especially those in the creative and tech niches), it offers a range of private offices capable of seating up to six – as well as a big co-working area.

Why we love it:

Not only do residents get a 20% discount on the restaurant, they also get free admission to the exhibitions and talks that are regularly held within it.

“Zen”

… in Bethnal Green.

The lowdown:

This is a rather special workspace open to individuals and businesses of up to 24 people looking to become part of East London’s micro-business community.

The collective behind it have sought to build a community where individuals and businesses can flourish, hence the emphasis on soothing resting spaces, roof garden – and even an indoor herb garden.

Why we love it:

This space shows that keeping it simple can often result in a pleasing and memorable environment. Both fixed and flexible workstations are available – and Victoria Park is just nearby.

“1930s Glamour”.

.. in Mayfair.

The lowdown:

The ambiance in this prestige serviced office on Brick Street puts you in mind of Hollywood’s Golden Age.

A stunning art deco staircase sweeps down to the ground floor, where you’ll also find a grand piano. Architects, Peldon Rose have also installed a 1920s-style glass atrium, finishing the look beautifully, while allowing light to flood into the space.

You can spoil yourself in the pamper room, retreat to an informal meeting area – or perhaps even the rooftop terrace and when it’s time to impress clients, you can do so in one of the building’s exquisitely decorated meeting rooms.

Why we love it:

This space offers the perfect blend of 5-star luxury, up-to-date facilities and lots of character – along with, of course, that impressive W1 postcode. There’s also the option of back office support if you need it.
