Office and Retail & Leisure Space in Soho
A Guide to basing your business in stylish Soho
Since the 1980s, Soho’s reputation as a refuge for seedy activities has been well and truly trampled. Today it is a thriving business centre that can accommodate businesses of all sizes. There’s an eclectic mix, with trendy organisations sharing street space with cool boutiques and upmarket restaurants.
Though the district has changed almost beyond recognition in the last few decades, one tradition in particular is still very much a part of everyday Soho life – the tradition of excellent West End entertainment. The local restaurants serve up a bewildering mix of cuisines from all across the world, and are the perfect place to entertain business clients or for employees to enjoy some fine food and drink at the end of a long day.

Travelling to Soho
Soho is an area that’s well served by public transport. If you need to travel around London, you can take the tube from any of the four tube stations located roughly at each corner of the district – Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus. These stations provide services on the Bakerloo, Central, Victoria, Northern and Piccadilly lines – essentially, they give access to most of the capital. For travellers who wish to go a little further afield, Paddington station – situated just a short tube ride away – can take you around the world (or at least to your check-in desk), thanks to its express train service to Heathrow Airport.
About DeVono Cresa
DeVono Cresa is an esteemed property advisor that can help you find office space in Soho. We first opened our doors in 2003. From the start, we have offered our services to tenants, and only tenants. We don’t work for landlords, as this would present a conflict of interest. We were the first company in London to take this approach, and we still lead the way in this field.
