The Co-operative Group set to move into new City of London office

The Co-operative Group is set to move into a new London office as it looks to bring operations in the capital together under one roof.

The firm is set to move into St Paul’s House in the City of London after agreeing to lease the property from Beltane Asset Management.

St Paul’s House, located on 10 Warwick Lane EC4, is a building offering 36,000 sq ft of London office space. It is based in lower ground, ground and six upper floors, with the top floor boasting floor to ceiling glazing and a panoramic view of the capital. The property has also achieved a BREEAM rating of very good.

Currently the Co-operative Group has London offices in Fleet Street and Prescot Street among others, but St Paul’s House is likely to bring all of those separate offices together as one cohesive unit.

The Co-operative Group is the UK’s largest mutual business, owned by more than six million consumers as opposed to private shareholders. Its head office is located in Manchester at 1 Angel Square.

Beltane Asset Management is a privately owned property investment and development management firm. Founding partners Jonathan Chenery and Duncan Roe have more than 30 years experience of both the London as well as European markets.
